Hello my beauties! Today I’m giving you a quick update on the progress in my weight loss and I’m giving you all the details about the program I’m on: Brave Lifestyle

My Progress

Honestly, this month has been hard for me because I’ve been really busy with life, and I tend to not make time for my workouts or meal planning. However, I haven’t been horrible and still managed to see some results. Here is my progress picture….


Taking progress pictures helps me so much to see where I’m at because I can totally see a difference. I’m not as bloated anymore, my ahem…butt is looking nicer 😉 These are all things that make me want to push myself and continue to kick butt next month.

Now, I know many of you have had questions about what I’m doing and to learn more about the program so I’m telling you all about it today!

Brave Lifestyle Program

BRAVE is an online & mobile company specializing in premium nutrition + fitness services that focus on weight loss. Nicco the Founder|Owner & former Director of Fitness for The Biggest Loser created BRAVE to guide & coach individuals into achieving a healthier lifestyle. No 21 day diet or fat burning supplement will help you acquire that. Nicco implements proper coaching strategies so that each client can develop appropriate habits to become successful.

hunter-johnson-219349So this app you can access through your phone or online. It gives you your meal plan, shopping list, a schedule with your workouts, and your workout videos.

What I love about it is that having it on your phone makes it easy because its all in there!

The workouts are 3 to 4 days a week and are about 45 minutes long, depending on your specific needs. You get a warm up, the actual workout, and the cool down. There is a video with each exercise so you can watch it once or a few times to make sure your form is right. It also has a timer so you know when you get to rest and how long each workout lasts. The meal plan is outlined for you for the entire month and it tells you exactly what you’ll be eating all day. Its pretty cool because if there are any foods that you don’t like the app will easily swap them out for you.

Is this the right program for you?

I thinks this program is great for pretty much anyone, but specifically busy women and moms. The three main programs that are offered are:

Nutrition & Fitness

Which are great! Because if you feel like your biggest struggle is eating healthy, then you have the option of doing that only. If you got the nutrition part down but would benefit from a personalized workout then you can do the one by itself.
